If you are reading this, stop by here screeching tires!!!! 🚨 We're from NC and was looking for carribean food places in MD. Lucky my handy daughter was around with tic tok to guide us here, along with Google reviews and Yelp! Great prices on the food! We ordered out, but saw our plate and had to sample it all!!! Jerk chicken(meaty), ox tails (very tender), cabbage(seasoned and cooked perfectly), roti (my first time, and it was aight and different), Caribbean mango (best cooked seasoned fruit I've evvver had?)... Mac was aight(maybe they used mozzarella cheese??)....Y'all it was good 👍😊😊!! IF you like new things, try the mango sauce on your; BBQ chicken, rice, or rice and peas!!!

I don’t know what else to say other than excellent. The goat is amazing. The curry chicken is amazing and the jerk chicken is too! Assuming everything else is too. I’ll update as I work through the menu. The rice was flavorful. Cabbage was really good too. Plantains were as expected, light and moist. Lunch special with a drink is $14.

Flavor Town! Right by the main entrance to Aberdeen Proving Ground, this casual spot is great for lunch and dinner. I ordered Curry Goat from their lunch special menu which came with my choice of rice and peas and veggies, and plantain and it was ready right away. I was very impressed with the deep flavors of every part of my dish. From the same menu, my coworker enjoyed the Jerk Chicken with the dipping sauce that had a good kick. For any of their meat dishes, it's typical to get some bones. Then to drink, their homemade Ginger Beer was sharp and excellent! I could have sipped on this all day! A taste of paradise! NOTES/TIPS: **Parking is easy in their own lot. **Wheelchair-accessible. Gendered restrooms, single stalls.

Authentic carribean food for the town of Aberdeen. I was excited to try the place out, but became thoroughly displeased when my bowels moved poorly after the meal. I ordered the goat curry, collard greens, and beans & rice with a homemade ginger beer. I would recommend this place and I did, but I had to add the caveat of it may potentially causing an upset stomach of some sort. Either hands were not washed while singing happy birthday, or there was residual soap left over from dish washing. I think this place does well, but I must be honest. I most likely will not return to Aberdeeb, but if I do I will give this place a second chance. The food was thick and good, especially the collard greens. Ginger beer was amazing.

Used to come here a lot and gradually stopped because it’s a far-ish drive for dinner most nights, but it sure is a treat to come. Super friendly staff, very clean, and delicious food. The grilled salmon is now made to order (it didn’t used to be), so it is a 20 minute wait but it is SO worth it. Nice grill on the meat and deliciously crunchy skin, and very flavorful. It’s a little pricey but I would highly recommend it; there’s enough for 2 meals and it’s a huge piece of fish. Only down side of this visit was the coco bread tasted a little freezer burnt, which we always get and have never had this problem, but when it was dipped in the brown stew chicken/curry chicken sauce you couldn’t tell, so it was still eaten. The carrot cake also has a nice flavor and the icing isn’t too heavy. High
