I found this hidden gem because I ordered coffee for a family members fundraiser about a year ago for dance. This is by far the best cup of coffee I’ve EVER had. The Jamaican Me Crazy is my absolute favorite. Every time I pick this up the people I speak to are so friendly and they have my pick up order ready very quickly and even give me samples of other coffees in my bag. I plan to give this coffee brand as gifts for the holidays for the coffee lovers I know. Thank you for helping me start my day off just right every day! I will forever be a returning customer and rant and rave about it to all to bring in even more business.

Being a coffee lover I was excited when my wife got me the cookie sample bundle as a gift. Unfortunately what i got was beans covered in a chemical tasting film that clogged up the coffee grinder and was nearly undrinkable.

This is the best coffee I've found in the region. Being I'm from the PNW (Pacific North West) and real coffee is life, I kinda know what good coffee is. The coffee is off the charts good and the customer service is always top notch. They have whole bean choices and will grind it for you to your liking. My favorite part of Raptis is they always throw in a couple samples of flavored coffee so you can try new things. BEST PLACE EVER!

The customer service that I have received has always been excellent! The products are delicious, the quality has always been great and their coffee makes a great gift. I get a 5 pound bag every year for myself and it lasts forever. Please remember to support small businesses wherever you can.

So glad to find such a great coffee roaster in the Youngstown area. Ordered a variety of flavors for my wife as a Christmas gift. The selection is awesome, prices are reasonable, and they shipped quickly. We love every one we've tried so far, but caramel truffle and bourbon pecan are the favorites.
