Ralph's of Port Jeff

Ralph’s Italian Ice in Port Jefferson is a great spot for satisfying sweet cravings! My mother-in-law swears by their Jelly Ring flavor, and I can see why—it's packed with nostalgia and deliciousness. My husband and I shared a black cherry sundae, and it was absolutely amazing. The mix of rich, fruity ice with creamy goodness hit the spot. Ralph's offers so many options, whether you like something light and fruity or indulgent like a sundae. Opens at 11 am unless it's Sunday and the girl gets their at 1 pm and then starts counting her money draw penny by penny and ignoring the customers. Then wants to serve without washing her hands.... Owners take note you have a good product but poor help.......

My daughter didn’t like the icee, so I asked if we could exchange it for a different one. They said “she already took a bite so you have to pay for another one” this is the first time I ever been in this store and the last. As a business you should know that a less than 1% loss can yield major gains. Oh well you fumbled

Bad customer service. This sweet girl was unsure if she’d like it we were not offered a sample although we asked several times about the taste and if it was sour or not? None of the young ladies informed us that samples were available money wasted.

Place needs better or any type of management. Girls are too young in there to be handling money or orders. I order a small ice and small shake. $13.05. I give the girl a $20 bill and say oh I think I have they .05$, hand her a dime and she’s says well this is .10$. I said ya so now you can give me $7.05 back instead of $6.95 . She gives me .05 total back, says okay have a good day . Okay whatever I just leave bc it’s busy not going to make a thing of it. Take a sip of my “shake” had to just be milk and strawberry’s not a single drop of ice cream. $20 taught me not to use this place ever again.
