Halal City

The food here is always fresh and so delicious. The portions are large. Very affordable, less than $25 for two platters with pita and a can of soda. It’s the perfect go to spot when I need a home cooked type of meal without actually cooking. The Chicken is juicy and flavorful and the salad is crisp. The best sauces I’ve had at a halal place. Open late and the food is always ready on time.

We ordered Halal City for the first time yesterday for takeout, and it was great. You get a ton of food for the price! We got chicken and rice, as well as chicken and salad, they were excellent. We asked for sauce on the side and were given a ton. Location is easy to get to and accessible. Glad we found this place and will return. Hard to find a hearty meal at a decent price these days. They keep raising the price every single month while giving the same quantity and quality. This platter was $7.99 just two months ago and now it’s $10.99. For that price, you only get basic toppings—no beans, chickpeas, onions, cheese, olives, green peppers, or jalapeños. It’s just lettuce and three sauces. $10.99 for this is completely unjustified. 2nd review after owner reply: Thanks for your reply and understanding please try to retain prices of combo over rice to $9.99. If possible thank you.

This place is absolutely delicious, AMAZING PRICES AND FOOD, always hot and fresh. This is now my favorite restaurant. The lamb is perfect. They have great portions and I don’t usually like the lamb at halal places, but here it’s the best.
