They always make my loaded fries fresh and on point—hot, flavorful, and perfectly done every time. Everything is consistently delicious and satisfying. One small critique: please bring back the Mother Cruncher chicken sandwich! It was a favorite and definitely missed.

Store representatives would not honor an order placed 30 minutes before close because they refused to cook items and "won't turn grill back on" even though it's still during operating hours!! Horrible customer service, representative on phone was rude and condescending after I called and explained that my children and I had been traveling all day and just wanted to eat. As an executive within my company I would be embarrassed to find someone at one of my stores treated guests this way. Obviously them leaving early is far more important than guest satisfaction and operating hours

When we visited this location, most of the food was good but our burger buns were really hard and stale. We don't live in the area but most of our family does so when we visit again we will give them another try!

Go here quite often...love their chilli dogs....always have amazing service and food...had a lil hiccup with my order this evening but fixed immediately with nothing but kindness. Fantastic place. Thank you. Keep it up.
