Customer Reviews
My first time at a Raising Cane's. Restaurant seemed pretty busy. There were tables available but most were dirty. Pretty standard for fast-food places these days. Food came out fast and was hot and fresh. The all-white-meat chicken fingers have no noticeable seasoning so the sauce is essential. I've heard how great Cane's sauce is, but TBH it tastes like ketchup and mayo mixed together, with some black pepper, paprika, and maybe a dash of lemon juice or vinegar. Nothing special. Fries needed to be cooked more. Creamy cole slaw was average. I like their Texas toast, but with all the other carbs, not really needed. Incredibly, that's everything on the menu, unless you count the chicken finger sandwich. Overall ok, but I prefer Popeye's.
Listen the customer service and just the place were both some of the greatest service I’ve had in the past few years. The food was also amazing, but what I noticed is that the sauce isn’t as good as everyone hyped it up to be, just tastes like any other original sauce, but that’s just me. And the fries were also very VERY salty. But other than that’s, it was all amazing. Also get 2 Texas toast instead of coleslaw.
This location is great, but at the end of my meal I found a hair at the bottom of my drink. It was takeout so I never opened the lid until I was getting ready to throw the cup away so it couldn’t have been mine.
What a time!!! The cashier was so respectful and nice. And the environment there around us was very put together and cleaned neatly :) Me and my boyfriend was the last people there to eat. The food still came out out hot and fresh !! Nothing was cook too fast to the point it was cold when it came out ! It was made with love literally lol🫶🏼, we will be back again thank guys for your service and all you do!!!
My son has been wanting to come here for a long time and he finally got to go. We both loved it. The food was great and the restaurant was very cool inside. My son loves their special sauce.
