Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Found a hair in the breading of the tender my husband went to tell the person at the front counter she barely looked at him and said I’ll let them know. Then I found more hair so I went to the front. She then told the manager. Five minutes later I was brought one free tender to make up for the one. What a complete joke. I really thought they would try to make it right.

This place is absolutely fantastic! With the grand opening being today, there were massive crowds and hoards of human beings. With that being said, the staff handled this perfectly. There were long lines, but everyone was very kind and very patient. The food was still the normal canes superior quality of chicken. They had plenty of vendors out with popsicles and free merchandise. Would definitely come back here again.

There were approximately 15 people in line at the time of my visit, so the restaurant was clearly busy. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and beverages was extremely disappointing. The chicken was undercooked, the French fries were excessively salted, and the bread was hard. The tea had a mildew-like taste, which suggests the container may not have been properly cleaned, and the lemonade tasted heavily diluted, almost like water. After eating just two chicken tenders, I began to feel sick, which was extremely concerning. If I did not live so far away, I would have returned immediately and asked to speak with a manager. I went to Raising’s cane and I liked it very much. The chicken is of a high quality and everything they cook is clean. It is a brand new restaurant and everything inside is very beautiful. You will see the decoration is very nice. I highly recommend this place if you love good quality chicken.

The first time I had canes at this location was the first week they opened and the food just wasn’t the same. It tasted and felt different. The second time I went (today: 9/4/24) the fries were SUPER salty. Like you can literally see salt all over the fries. I could barely eat them. And the chicken tenders are smaller than usual :(
