It’s nice and clean very nice inside but the flavors trash . No taste no the cones no flavor the chocolate covering is really waxy . Nice respectful service . But as kinda expensive 9 Dollars for 3 scoops and 1:50$ for a STALE cone . Honestly going the extra 6 miles to basking Robbin’s is much worth it over this

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this place. We've been driving by for weeks, excited to see it finally open, and we finally stopped in with the kids. The staff was so friendly and patient while the kids took their time picking out their ice cream. Everything we got was fresh and absolutely killer, but more than that the whole experience was just great. The service was fast, the place was clean, and you could tell they care about their customers. My husband loved his shake, and the kids are already asking when we can come back. Definitely glad we stopped by..this will be a regular spot for us!

It's good they do have little variety of ice cream. But be ready to be served by rude gentleman there. When this men was taking my order he would be like gasping and making rude gestures I got the impression that he was tired and didn't want to be there. I have not been there since.

I visited the SLAb Ice Cream shop at this location around 8:45 PM tonight, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The service was extremely slow, and while waiting, I noticed one of the employees preparing ice cream had her hair hanging over her shoulder—directly above the ice cream and toppings. Another employee came from the back and loudly stated she would not be helping anyone who was there with another person, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. While I was sitting and writing this review—still trying to eat my ice cream—I found a strand of hair in my mouth. That was absolutely disgusting. I was given an apology and a refund, but the fact that it even got to that point is unacceptable. This place needs a serious health inspection. The Department of Health should look i
