Customer Reviews
I ordered curbside, and ended up waiting for 10 minutes past my pickup time before deciding just to go in and try to ask for my food. When I walked in, there were no customers inside, and multiple employees were sitting at tables on their phones/tablets. When I went to the counter, the girl that eventually was able to help me was very kind, but when I told her I placed a curbside order, she just pointed to a shelf behind me and my food was just sitting there. I didn’t say anything in store, but I was a little upset by this. Why have curbside if you aren’t going to bring it out and just let it sit on a shelf until the person finally gets tired of waiting and comes in? When I tried my food in the car, the tenders were tough and not good at all. I only tried to eat 2 tenders before giving up
I went to your website to send a message and kept receiving an error. Sometimes I get Canes and its amaziiiing, to say the least. Everything tastes good. Other times I get it and the chicken is not even edible. I quit going back to Canes for a couple years because of this, it was happening alot and it was a waste of money. I just recently started going back this was my 3rd time. The first 2 times were good. This time I had to throw my food away. It really sucks getting your food and only being able to eat the bread, some fries and drink the drink. The chicken is gross and its just not edible. Please fix this... I know other people this happens to as well and its just not right, it would be 0k if this happened once in a blue moon but it happens alot and at several different locations. Ok
Stopped by for our usual 3 Finger Meal. The drive thru was slower than usual, the team members are always friendly. The meal was fresh & hot, we have noticed tenders are not as big? The last couple times we noticed the same thing, Canes definitely has reduced the size of the tenders. The price hasn't changed.
First time ever at a Raising Cane's. Chicken fingers were piping hot and fresh, bread was soft with a crispy outside, fries were warm, coleslaw was crunchy and flavourful and the Cane's sauce (for me) was too salty. All in all very well executed with extremely FAST and friendly service.
Very good chicken! Had the chicken sandwich and their specialty sauce. Was not disappointed at all.
