Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I decided to try the Crestwood, IL location and I was not impressed. I had curbside pickup and it took a while to bring my food. The only thing that tasted good was the drink. The chicken was cold, soggy and slimy. The fries were lukewarm. I ordered the Box Combo and asked to substitute the coleslaw for extra fries but did not get them. I ended up with coleslaw. I did however get the extra sauce I requested rather than get the Texas Toast.

My experiences at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers have been a bit mixed. The food itself is good and usually consistent, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. However, the last couple of times I went through the drive-thru, it felt like the staff was in too much of a hurry and didn’t want to wait for me to finish my order. The interactions came across rushed, like they just didn’t want to deal with customers. I still like the food and hope the service improves, because this place has the potential to be much better.

Whenever we see a Raising Cane’s location, my teenagers want to stop. We went through the drive-through at the Crestwood location. There were a lot of cars in line, and I was surprised at how quickly the line moved. The food was tasty. I really enjoy the dipping sauce. The chicken was so hot- it actually melted the styrofoam container it was served in. That’s probably not a good thing.

Just left this location picking up a door dash order. Young black kid with glasses was gonna take my order but he stopped while another employee was talking to her mom. Seems like he cared more about their conversation then my order. Took my order then walked away without giving me my receipt. Order got done, he threw the order on n the counter and turned his back to me. I said thank you and he didn't say anything back. This one young man was completely disrespectful, took everything in me not to snap on his ass. 2/16 at 4:30.

Well, this was my first trip ever to raising canes. I know hard to believe for a lot of people!! I got the maniac meal. My eyes were bigger than my stomach! Lol six tenders was probably 2 too many. But I did finish it. The breading on these tenders is just amazing.So tender and tasty!! Their dipping sauce is amazing!! Fries were good .crinkle cut. And I had their sweet tea, which was fantastic, also. The atmosphere was good, not that busy.Very clean establishment!!! And the cashier was very friendly. Also I love the toast that comes with it!!!! And their coleslaw is out of this world!!! Needless to say, I will definitely be back.Probably very soon!!!
