Chick-fil-A

ordered a market salad with no cheese/dressing and received the wrong salad with tomato instead of fruit, and no additional chickfila sauce :(

The encounter I experienced with Jose was horrible. I simply asked. Could I have my order in two separate bags I was met with attitude and complete rudeness. It was only eight minutes after you all open and I believe I was the third customer so I don’t understand what the hostility and attitude was for the bags were handed out the window and he turned away without a word. After working overnight shift, I’m pretty sure I should be the one with the attitude and short patience. The order he made was also not right he just threw everything for one order in both bags wasting company’s product. There was nothing to differentiate the two orders and he knew that. My husband went to get breakfast today and got my 5 year old a chocolate milk my son starts drinking it and he immediately tells us he doesn't want to continue to drink it I immediately asked him why? He said because it doesn't taste good. I inspected the milk, the milk bottle has spills all over I went ahead and smelled it it smells really bad it has a thick consistency and bubbles. I'm extremely upset. If anyone is getting their kids milk from chik fil a please inspect their milk because this is unbelievable the expiration date on the milk was for 8/15/25 and the manager was questioning me over the phone if I'm sure it's bad because they don't have expired milks. I commend the staff for their courtesy, attention to cleanliness and fresh food served. I had to ask a worker to remind the kids in the play-scape of the height and age limit. She didn't hesitate to respond. Thank you for well trained staff. A sign should be posted on the door like the one at many other chick-fil-A locations.....

Simple. It is fast, delicious, and consistent quality all-around. I usually order ahead on the mobile app, so I only have to wait a few minutes to get my food (and not wait in long line). Plus, the rewards are definitely better than other fast food franchises.
