Mariscos La Sirena

First off when we walked in, the ambiance was lively with karaoke and laughter. SUPER LOUD! We ordered our drinks: ALL OUT OF 5 STARS Horchata ** stars as it had too much cinnamon and tasted a bit like the Styrofoam cup. Lots of sugar. Michelada ** stars as it had too much ice for what we paid for and the flavor was blah. Didn't taste like fresh lime juice, it tasted like the squeeze bottle. When it's packed with customers, the food and drinks get made poorly. The staff was tentative to our needs every 5 minutes or so. When they came over and saw our ceviche plate was still full, they asked if I would like it to go. I responded with, I would never take a plate like this to my home (with a smile) I went on to explain how the shrimps were spongy and full of water with every squishy bite.

First time here and did not expect the amount of space. We went around the time they opened so service was quick. You could see groups were starting to come in. The good was seasoned well and they give you more than enough. My only complaint is I had the combo fajitas and one received 4 or 5 shrimp. They played music which was at a decent volume and for some reason someone turned it up and it was too loud, especially for a Sun early afternoon.

I am actually extremely upset as I write this review because I was really looking forward to trying this spot out. I literally scheduled an Uber Eats order 2 hours in advance for a pickup. Once it gets close to the pick up time, I traveled 20 mins from my house to go get my order. Mind you, I got a notification letting me know that the order estimate said 8:40pm so clearly they had started to prepare my order. As soon as I arrive, I get a notification from Uber letting me know that my order was cancelled….it just told me that the restaurant couldn’t get to my order. So now I am livid because not only did I waste my gas but I also wasted my time waiting around for this place to make my order only to get there and it is not fulfilled! Additionally, I have to wait several business days to get

So as we enter this place I knew the food was going to be great. All I smell was seasoning. The people are so nice and the food was great! The drinks was off the chain. They give you a lot of food for the price. I absolutely will be back.

Ricardo was a great server and I loved the food. Loose blonde lady(in the pic) was very rude and disrespectful. My husband and I took my son here for his birthday. We got the bill and they charged $13.00 just to say happy birthday with a slice of cake that we didn’t ask for. Then the manager Sara was rude and said “ that’s what they charge to sing happy birthday it’s on the menu and do what you have to do if you’re leaving a bad review”. Waiter Ricardo was there and gave the money back. It should’ve been the restaurant not the server. Make sure you check your bill at the end. Most places don’t charge to sing happy birthday with a cake.
