Rainbow Restaurant Breakfast/Lunch Fort Collins

Love this restaurant! I ordered Sarah’s sandwich and scrambled eggs. The sandwich came with small fried potatoes. The meal was absolutely delicious! I am giving it 4 stars (would do 5), only because I had to go inside to order and grab my own water and utensils. I was able to have my dog with me and the outside patio area was perfect. Healthy food can taste really good and I can t wait to go back to try something different.

Set out to find good vegan breakfast in FoCo, and we feel like we nailed it. Partner got the Vegan Pesto BLT. It's a cold option but was really good. The vegan bacon was surprisingly good. I got some Sarah's sandwich or something -- hot sandwich with a veggie pattie and it was great.

Great atmosphere with outdoor seating. Vegan choices. The tempeh pesto BLT wrap ($17) was delicious but the ‘salad’ was just spinach leaves thrown on the plate. The green juice ( $9!) was not very fresh. I thought it was quite expensive for a lunch sandwich and a juice. I would go back though after I save up some $.

One of the best brunch places in Fort Collins. You will not be disappointed as the food is on another level from the sandwiches to burritos. Please enjoy.

I’m not usually a breakfast person, but this meal changed my mind. First visit, great food, service, location, and vibes. Everything was perfect.
