We got the Friday Family Rib Dinner. A rack of ribs with two sides, we chose baked beans and Mac n cheese. We also got the cornbread casserole added on. The ribs were falling off the bone delicious. The beans were my favorite, flavor was on point with that nice thick consistency not runny and watery like can beans. Mac n cheese was delicious, homemade goodness and the cornbread was good, not overly sweet. The pit master and assistant were friendly and you can tell the pride they take in their food. It was a beautiful day to sit under the covered tent and eat some delicious BBQ. Highly recommend.

Rack City Ribz absolutely delivered a true Southern barbecue experience. I ordered the meat sampler with two extra ribs, plus sides of collard greens and macaroni and cheese, and it was a feast from start to finish. The meats were smoky, tender, and packed with flavor — especially the ribs, which were fall-off-the-bone good and worth every extra bite. You can tell real care goes into the seasoning and slow cooking. The collard greens were a standout side: perfectly seasoned, rich, and tender without being mushy. They tasted homemade in the best way possible. The macaroni and cheese had great flavor and a creamy texture, though the noodles were a bit softer than my personal preference — I tend to like mine a little more firm. I saw a video on TikTok that lead me to this place. The guys are very professional and I respect that above all. I order a little bit of everything to get a feel for their skills. The brisket was tender to the cut by way of the fork but not so much on the chew. The ribs were maybe not the freshest pr maybe I just got a few bones not as tender. They definitely didn’t come close to falling off the bone. The sausage, peach cobbler, and beans were good. It’s not bad by any means but from the hype maybe I was expecting more. I will go back in a few weeks to see if my opinion changes.

Their ribs are amazing and the collard greens mix is so good. I come back often and never have been disappointed

The best around. The food didn’t even need the bbq sauce. Will be back soon. The ribs the pulled pork on point. Baked beens amazing. And the smoked sausage too.
