I will say upon arrival the ambiance is very soothing and relaxing and very tidy. Nicely lit with calming music to fit the vibe. I came specifically for pho. There really isn’t much options to choose from. Today they had a shrimp special, chicken pho, veggie pho, and combination pho. It really didn’t specify what combination pho was so I had to ask. I was told it was beef flank and steak and meatball. Now firstly it came out looking amazing. You first eat with your eyes and this was delicious before I took a bite! Now it’s $15 bucks which is not bad at all and they pack this bowl with food and definitely don’t skimp you on the protein! Now it is a little awkward with the seating and dining in. Very chill spot. The sandwiches and egg rolls were amazing and soo flavorful. The fresh fruit juices were really good too!

I want to start off by saying that I love this place, I love their pho. But recently I’ve noticed, their prices aren’t matching up. Today I figured I would save a few dollars and go in and order to go. I was charged $45 for a combo pho, vegetarian pho, a spring roll and two sodas. Both the phos are 12.95 each (per prices on the board) spring roll were $6.95, and I’m not sure the prices of the cans of soda, but I can’t imagine it’s much. So I plugged that same order into DoorDash, and it was CHEAPER, even with all the fees! Prices in store do NOT add up at all. Super disappointing! And to boot, they don’t even include pho spoons in the to go order!

Ate there for the first time because my husband said he loved the pho. Ordered food and decided to try a tea, took two sips and did not like it. I immediately went up to the counter to see if I could get a different drink, was told no refunds or exchanges per policy. They do have a sign that says check your order before you leave however we dinned in and I have to taste a drink to check it. They get a total thumbs down for customer service. If a person is not satisfied with the food they ordered you as a business should take care of the customer. Egg rolls were great, chicken croissant was too sweet, sea cream tea horrible and water was delicious.

This place is typically pretty good, I usually go in person and order their fruit teas. Today I had a procedure done and I couldn’t go in person so I ordered delivery.As you can see there is Tea debris in the cup …Unfortunately, I did not drink this and could not go in person for a replacement. Lesson learned, go in person only!
