Quesadilla Mobilla

So good I came back here twice during my travels. They have a nice list of choices on what you can have in a quesadilla. A lot of them sounded so good. There wasn't a line the first time I went, but the second time I went, oh boy that line was long. But it moved quickly and the food was brought out to people at a good pace. It didn't take long for my food to be ready at both times. Service was friendly, and the nice person taking my order confirmed that the "Southern Belle" was a great choice. I also got the chips. The chips were excellent! So fresh, I devoured them before realizing I ate all of them. The "Southern Belle" though... phew. So good. Might have been my favorite quesadilla of all time. Fodors has never let me down, and it didn't with Quesadilla Mobilia! This was the most beautiful, perfectly cooked, and amazingly thick quesadilla that I have ever had in my life! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! It's extraordinary!

Great little spot with lots of food trucks to choose from. I ordered the Sweet and Spicy and added some chicken. I also got a bottled water and the total was $20 😵‍💫 It seemed steep for a quesdilla but I had high hopes. The quesdailla was huge and packed with so many different ingredients. Unfortunately, it lacked any real flavor. It was bland and it felt like it was missing something. It was 'fine' but for $20, I was hoping for a bit more than that.

This is such a cool little area in Moab, where all the food trucks set up shop and a very small area. It’s covered and cooled with mister’s now and it’s just a very awesome atmosphere. I’m here in the middle of the summer 98° today and I felt good just sitting there having dinner at the end of the day and some shade and mist. I got the enchanted chicken quesadilla and it was very good. It was also very very loaded, I kinda like my quesadillas with a little less stuff and a little more cheese. But I would consider this superduper fancy for a quesadilla. This also is also very good with it. Not disappointed, actually very pleased with the meal and the taste.

Awesome vegetarian food, also they can customize quesadilla for Jain (no onion, no garlic, and no potatoes). Just ask them for a cheese quesadilla and add as many veggies as you want. The taste was amazing, must try the place if you are vegetarian. They took their time to understand what we were asking for and prepared nice quesadilla. Kids and adults both ate whole quesadillas.
