Bella's Desert Deli

At first I was like, what??? $15 for a sandwich? But it actually comes with a side and is made with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference. This little shop doesn’t have indoor seating, but there are a few tables set up outside in the alley if you want to eat there. I do wish there were more beverage options. A house made lemonade would’ve been perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my experience — great customer service and a really well-made sandwich.

On the day I was there, the staff was not friendly. The tuna melt sandwich was OK. The cheese was melted on the outside of the bread. The tuna mix was not heated. I was surprised that a cup of water was not available. He said we don't do it like that here. We don't have ice. I noticed a menu with a variety of iced coffee drinks. Dine-in is not available. Everything is take out.

We were parked along the street making calls when we noticed Bella's Deli shop. We decided to check it out and we are so glad that we did. We ordered the 3 little pig sandwich (pictured) and the club sandwich. They come with your choice of chips, pasta salad, and potato salad. They were packed with vegies and meat and the bread was very fresh. Very delicious! This is not a fast food deli but a gourmet deli with fresh items prepared daily and made to your request. Our order took about 20 minutes but the sandwiches were well worth the wait. I don't have a picture of the Club sandwich because my husband had already started eating it but it was just as large as my sandwich. Come with an appetite because the sandwiches are large.

Solid sandwich place, and would recommend. The guy who came in before us came here a few times (probably on vacation). Feedback: 1. The three little pig sandwich? Good ingredients. I personally don’t like semi-crumbly bread—never have and never will. It’s a style that I would not elect. I actually recommend all of America to use Vietnamese banh mi bread (basically a French poboy bread but better). Secondly, I don’t like wet bbq sauce bc it’s usually overpowering and find it detracting. I would rather have it as a dipping sauce or none at all. 2) Cobb sandwich: with boiled egg, chicken, bacon etc. 4.5 star. I liked it and again, would choose a different bread. I wish I could bottle up how amazing this turkey sandwich smells so you could be jealous it was all mine! Just kidding, you can get one too. Bella’s Desert Deli has an easy to read menu which had clear descriptions of each salad and sandwich. Cute waiting area and bench to sit and wait. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the little games she had for them to play while we waited. Service was prompt and super nice.
