Smoked Bowls

Every time we come to Moab to visit we always go to Smoked Bowls food truck! I love that they have an affordable family meal which is absolutely delicious! Being a family of 6 that is hard to find! It comes with a whole chicken, a ton of rice and vegetables, and multiple different sauces or whatever you prefer! I absolutely love the teriyaki sauce or the cilantro lime and southwest combination! But the orange sauce is also delicious! They are always so friendly and professional and the food always hits the spot! If I lived in Moab I would order the family meal once weekly because it is that good and affordable! Their individual bowls are also delicious and a great option! They even have yummy chocolate cake! We will absolutely be back when we come down next! Nothing beats supporting local

Absolutely unreal flavor! I got the cilantro lime/southwest bowl and it was amazing. If you’re not as big into sauce, my wife got the dry bowl and she loved it too. Very generous portions and a flavor profile that makes it hard to stop eating. The chicken’s got a little kick to it but I’m also pretty soft when it comes to spice. Definitely stopping by here each time we visit Moab. Also, the chocolate cake was a delicious cap to the meal. What a gem of a spot! Thanks Marcus!

I was honestly a little skeptical about trying a food truck, but this one completely exceeded my expectations. The food is very clean, healthy, and full of amazing flavor. I tried the cilantro lime bowl, and it was so delicious that I completely dove right in and forgot to take a picture! The options are wonderful, the taste is amazing, and the customer service was just as great. The server was so sweet and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

Smoked Bowls absolutely nailed it with their family meal! We ordered the family pack and were blown away by how generous the portions were, it easily fed our family of four with leftovers to spare and more to share! Everything was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the care that goes into their food. The kids loved it, the adults loved it, and it made dinner effortless. Highly recommend for anyone needing a delicious, convenient meal that truly delivers! Ordered the Large with a combo of the cilantro lime and southwest sauces. Delicious, lots of food, great customer service. Chocolate dessert was v good as well. Will be back!
