Queens Public Library at Briarwood

My kids love this library, they have some toddler and pre-k learning toys. Staff is nice and asks if we need any help.

My friends, staff and I have been to this place years ago and to read some books and to get library ID. The people that worked there were nice, friendly and helpful. Also, that there were many people in the library reading booking, looking at things and searching the internet.

Great Library. It has very diverse collection. It represent cultures from all over the world. Kids activity are adults activity being served here.Nice & quiet place to be in.

I must say that the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. In addition to their knowledge and helpfulness, the staff also displayed a great level of organization and efficiency. The library was well-maintained, with books neatly arranged and easily accessible. Overall, I highly commend the staff of my local public library for their outstanding customer service and dedication.

What a noisey library! It's a small library. The children's section and the general section are on the same level. So, some level of noise is to be expected. But, at some point parents should remove their children when their cries turn into screams. And, then there are the adults who are talking on their cell phones loudly as if they are at home. Not an easy visit.
