Quan's BBQ Brisket

The owner was really nice. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich which came out quick and hot. The chicken itself and the added sauce had unique flavors that blended well. I'm glad I made the stop👌

Dec 2025 update--- Quan reached out to me and said he's currently at the Lowe's Home Improvement Mount Pleasant there! Offering brisket burgers, brisket over yellow rice, brisket sandwiches, and pulled pork 💪🏻 Jan 2025 ---- The owner/chef shared that he is open at this location on Mondays through Saturdays from 9am to 4pm unless it rains or snows. Chill guy. Under 15min wait time for freshly grilled food. Got the brisket cheesesteak, excited to try the brisket burger next time! He used Amoroso cheesesteak rolls which were soft and thick enough to prevent a soggy sandwich enveloped in foil. Good amount of brisket which was so tender! Unlike the Charley's Cheesesteaks, Quan's cheesteaks were not soggy nor runny with juices and were not a mess to eat on the go.

First off, Google brought me here. As soon as i read a review talking about a brisket cheesesteak sandwich….I WAS SOLD. when i arrived they phased that out (for now) but i ended up getting the spicy jerk chicken burger that’s doused with thier homemade BBQ sauce and lemme just say…..MAN!….OH MAN! best thing I’ve eaten in Charleston since I’ve been here in November 2024. Definitely my new lunch spot for work. Quick service and reasonable prices especially in today’s inflation. 9.4/10 for suuuure

This place is legit. Super good food. Fresh food, not fast food but you get your food fast. Quality ingredients. Super friendly guy and great service.
