I have used Quality for the past 4 years and they do a fantastic job. Portioning is great. Seals are excellent and it arrives at the airport ready for you to check at the airline. Still frozen solid when we arrive home to Seattle. Thank you all for your superb and friendly service!
They processed my husband's fresh-caught silver salmon and shipped us the resulting 4 small filets (3.7 lbs total) via FedEx at a cost of $137+. Fish arrived thawed! Even though the fish was in a small styrofoam cooler with "air packs", they did NOT use either dry ice nor cold packs to keep the fish frozen!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
Caught some Silvers July 26, processed July 26, Shipped Monday July 29 as requested, arrived Atlanta today July 30, 10:38am, Fedex signature required. Packagng perfect and product still frozen. Thanks to Captain Wyatt Patrick "Wild Horses", Quality Processing, and Fedex.
Do not ship your fish via FedEx 173 lbs $908 via Alaska Priority Air seafood program $142 Big Shock good quality packaging and service.
They had our fish frozen packed in a day and ready for us to fly home. Great services there. Highly recommend
