Quality Inn Monteagle

This is a clean and well-maintained hotel! I don't require a lot; clean room, fresh sheets, clean towels and a decent bathroom. This hotel was greater than that for a terrific price. While it was 40 minutes from where I needed to be, I found it was well worth it. Friendly staff, clean room, safe, well-maintained. Staying again!

We had a great experience here. First of all, the front desk lady, (can't recall her name) was fantastic and so welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt safe. The housekeeping staff was very friendly as well. This makes a huge difference in the reviews I leave. We didn't have the breakfast, but the coffee was hot and there was plenty. The front desk lady recommended a dinner place for us too...Papa Ron's which was also great. Even though the hotel is close to I-24, we did not hear any sounds that kept us from sleeping and felt very safe. Thank you and we would stay here again.

This place was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were great, the room was spotless and quiet and in the perfect place. Everything we needed was right there. We will definitely be back!

Decent value motel. Rooms are clean and staff.... they are not unfriendly.... breakfast is reasonable. The only issues were the cigarge smell in room 203 that was Ssoooooo strong it made our eyes water. We left that room smelling like cigarette smoke. There are a few cigarette burn stains around the sink. The carpets are also sticky and soooo soo gross, but that's understandable. When I mentioned the smell of the room at checkout I was told "its very unusual. This is a non smoking property" never mind that someone smoked continously in that room for the previous 30 years. Overall this hotel is a good value for the price, and would get 5 stars from me if it weren't for the cigarettes smoke.

This was the loveliest accommodation on our vacation. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were just wonderful; shower was great. The AC was quiet. A big bonus was an extra utility sink in the room's coffee-prep area which was really helpful. The carpet looked clean. Parking, entrances and stairs were all very convenient to room. We had a room facing the back with a beautiful forest behind us. Breakfast was missing fresh fruit, and the yogurt is a very dull off brand. But otherwise, the breakfast was fine. The price was amazingly inexpensive. We would definitely stay here again.
