We’ve lived in Essex Junction for a few years and somehow missed this gem! It’s rare to find such a classic family-run dinner these days. Quality bake shop is simple, affordable, and inviting. Plus, the staff are so kind and welcoming! When we start our mornings here, the rest of the day feels better ❤️

Fresh donuts, pies, and other items. Sit inside or order and go. Simple basic café coffee but you really go here for the donuts cash only. Support local for yourself, your community and your taste buds. Service was quick and pleasant.

I really want to like this place. What should be a good bakery in the heart of Essex? Sign me up! But almost every time we order from here, we are disappointed and have to throw away food (and thus our money). While the prices are very affordable, everything tastes quite old and dry. What prompted me to write today was the monkey bread- totally burned and rock hard, hubby bought it and you can’t even eat it! Check the pics, those aren’t black raisins on the top, I broke off a bit to check- it was charcoal and I had to spit it out. The monkey bread literally is inedible and leaves a bad taste. They recently made my wedding cake and it was amazing. Very reasonably priced and delicious. 100% recommend!!!
