The best Thai food we’ve had in years! ​We visited Pick Thai on a busy weekend and waited about 40 minutes for a table—but it was well worth it. As a party looking for vegan and vegetarian options, we were blown away. We ordered the Tom Kha Soup, Chive Dumplings, Scallion Pancakes, Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles), and Pineapple Fried Rice. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. ​The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to help us navigate the menu for our dietary needs and spice preferences. The space is cozy with a great atmosphere (don't miss the beautiful Pick Thai painting by a local artist!). We even got to meet the chef to thank them personally. If you’re in the Burlington area and want incredible Thai food with plenty of vegan options, this is the place. W

This was our third visit since July. Food always looks amazing and tastes even better. We always experiment with at least one dish, trying something new, and the laab and crispy chicken (pictured)did not disappoint. Tom Kah, Tom Yum soups are always delicious. Servers are kind, friendly, prompt and accommodating. If you enjoy Thai or just want something different, Pick Thai is a must. I only gave 4 stars under service because the parking situation is … interesting but dont let that deter you.

Truly a great restaurant! Best Thai place in Essex Junction! We had excellent and speedy service, the atmosphere was so cozy and clean. The food was hot and fresh and there was lots of variety and plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options! Highly recommend!

10/10 will return! Our server was the sweetest… very kind and she gave us a quick run down of the fan favorites. Also quick service, great menu & descriptions, vegetarian options and outdoor seating available. The Chive Dumpling app (not pictured) was divine and a great starter for 2-3 pax. The Crispy Chicken dish was 10/10, comes mild with the option to have it medium or hot. They brought additional sauces to the table. Great portion, brought leftovers home! Two people for dinner was ~$60 before tip, soft drinks included. Delightful warm meals perfect for a fall day!

This brand new Thai restaurant in Essex Junction is worth a look. I dined here with a friend for lunch. The Massaman Curry was very good. The Pad Si Ew noodles were to die for. They are the best Pad Si Ew I have ever had - soft and flavorful with fresh broccoli and large shrimp. The menu features so many authentic Thai dishes. Be sure to ask the wait staff for descriptions and help choosing. There's so much more than the basic offerings. The ambiance is like a cute cafe with a lively mural on the wall. It's clean. The service is extremely efficient and our meals came out piping hot. Parking out side is easy and plentiful. Not sure about wheelchair accessibility. Prices were a bit high, but definitely worth a try. I will be going back.
