Quahog Republic: Waterfront Eatery

Listen.. (yes I only ordered three oysters) best mudslide ever. I’ve only tried them a handful of times because I usually don’t enjoy them when I do. I ordered one here and it was the best. I got the banana chocolate flavor which was so so good! Faith in mudslides restored. As for food I typically only order hot lobster rolls. That was not an option here so I just went with the cold one. I will say I was not disappointed. The quality of the lobster was to be appreciated. You get to choose one side so my friend and I got our own and then just split a basket of fries. Overall great experience with live music, a nice view, and a cherry to top it all off. Thanks Onset!

$56 for a medium size lobster roll (6oz) and fries I got the hot buttered lobster roll. The roll was cooked perfectly but I was disappointed that the lobster in the roll was cold and not warmed. The butter on the side was warm to pour over it, but it was over fold with lobster so we can’t complain about the price . I just wish the lobster was warm.

The Quohog Republic in Onset, MA is now our top choice! Don't miss their signature Bloody Mary made with in-house mix. The raw platter, clam chowder with a stuffie, seafood bake, almond & cornflakes crusted haddock, & hot dog were all incredibly flavorful. Excellent service from Felicia too!

Visiting a friend & had lunch here. The food was good, although the menu was limited since it is off season. Enjoyed the truffle fries & stuffed quahog. The chowder could have been much hotter, but it was well-seasoned with a generous amount of clams in the bowl. The service was excellent.

Came to dinner here tonight. Ordered a BLT w/ truffle fries, a cocktail & glass of wine. The food was great. The cocktail was strong 💪🏽🥴 Live concerts are held during the summer on Wednesdays at the bandshell from 6:30pm-9pm; so hearing the music while dining was great. They offer outside dining w/ a view of Onset Beach; which was beautiful. The service started off great, but then the server drifted off & my friend had to flag her to get her attention for us to order a glass of wine & to get the check…
