Customer Reviews
I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years. However, on my lunch break today, I had to ask if they were making me a "kiddie" bowl? It was not even filled to the top as it usually is! Then the young guy came and said it was the correct portions when I knew they were not! I explained that I have gotten more portions than what I received today, but, instead of making it right, he kept repeating the portions were correct. It seemed as though they were running out of food at the end of day, but, this was 1pm in the afternoon! If you're looking for your money's worth, then don't come here! It was awful!!! The staff at this location needs to be retrained on customer service along with serving and identifying reasonable and better portions. I hope Corporate sees this review to make cha
I frequently order a take out of a burrito bowl. I order through the app and my order is always ready when I pick it up. The quality of food is consistently high. I see that the floors are cleaned several times a day, and the wooden floor is spotlessly clean. There is plenty of parking around being off 202 Hwy, it is easy to get in and out. The staff are polite and friendly.
The $11.50 entrees feel like a poor value; my recent bowl had only four spoons, insufficient for dinner. Opting for the quesadilla was another letdown, as it was inadequately filled – essentially just a tortilla with a hint of sauce. Even kids could eat two entrees for a more satisfying meal.
Don't go to this location in north Wilmington . It almost seems like the store ownership changed or something. I had been going to this location for last few years. If you see this Mexican lady serving you dish then just don't give her any business. The Mexican in black dress is stingy. I has to literally beg her to put more corn or tomatoes or salsa in the portion size. I understand inflation but this lady was ridiculous. She should fired from the location.. Hope someone from corporate is reading this review
The atmosphere is very inviting. I feel like i can come in here everyday without feeling judged for how much i come here. The front crew are very kind, very helpful, always greeting me with a smile and not to mention the beautiful scenery where you can eat. Great place to eat. Ate here since i was a kid. Love it.
