QDOBA Mexican Eats

I recently visited my local Qdoba, and I must say, it was a standout experience that redefined fast-casual Mexican dining for me. From the moment I walked in, the exceptional customer service shone through—the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and efficiency, patiently guiding me through customizations without a hint of rush. Their attentiveness made the ordering process feel personalized and effortless, turning a quick meal into a delightful interaction. The cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable; every surface gleamed, from the spotless countertops to the well-maintained dining area, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that put me at ease amid today's standards. It's clear that the team prioritizes sanitation without compromising on the vibrant, lively atmosphere. B

I have been to this new location twice. The service has been a bit slow, most likely due to the fact that it’s a new location. Despite this, the staff has a good attitude and seems to be trying their best. The first time I went, I had to discard the fajita vegetables that I got because they tasted like charcoal and were undercooked. Today, I ate almost half of my bowl before I found a piece of rope that looked like it had been marinating in bean juice. That’s a hazard.

I always leave reviews, and this one is definitely deserved. My husband went in the afternoon and ordered a steak quesadilla, a birria burrito, and chips with salsa. Everything was fine except for the burrito — it was completely cold. The rice, beans, and meat were all cold, which is the last thing I expected from a freshly made burrito. I called and spoke with Darren, who was very kind and said he’d make sure my next burrito was warm and toasty. My husband had to make a second trip back out there to pick up the replacement. They did offer a pineapple Doritos soda for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but the second burrito still wasn’t right — it had no meat at all, even though it was supposed to be a birria burrito. So not only was my order wrong the first time, but it was wrong

Nice natural light, super clean place, spacious parking lot, clear pricing, great options for vegans or meat lovers, friendly staff! Yay the soup is back! Please keep the soup year-round! Thank you for opening a new location that’s convenient for me.

Oh my goodness, my family and I just absolutely adored this place! The food was simply amazing, and our sweet server, Bri, was so lovely and incredibly helpful. I also truly appreciated how kind the manager, Kylie, was she was such a dear. It’s not every day you come across service like that! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. It’s most definitely worth it!!
