I ordered a double smash burger with brisket with fries and couldn't finish the whole thing to save my life lol. Attention: Solid BBQ ALERT 🚨 I like to think of myself connoisseur of foods. BBQ is just one of the several food groups I get into eating, I have a pretty standard checklist. Proteins. Proteins. Proteins. I snagged 2 healthy slices of brisket & 2 bones (St.Louis). Brisket had great flavor, seasoned beautifully. Served with a bbq sauce (didn’t need it, didn’t try it), pickles & red onions. Executed perfectly for my taste buds. Ribs, seasoned just as beautifully. Nibbled that meat right off the bone. (In my mind, everyone reading this is playfully standing up to clap, lol). I found them from a Yelp search of places in the area for bbq ribs. This random find has now been my go to place for months. I will drive 30 mins and many miles for their brisket, smoked wings and ribs. Everything is delicious and consistent in flavor. BBQ sauce is amazing and so many varieties. I went last night before close and ordered a 3x3. I wish I had of ordered Ala carte because the burnt ends had me wanting more. The homemade desserts (chai cake yesterday) key lime bar and sides are all good. I drive from far west to Full Rack because they have not let me down. Update: have been here a few more times and the experience only gets better and better. The bark of the brisket could be a stand alone feature and the bun clearly compliments the meat. The BBQ only enhances what is already perfection. The service is amazing and the part owner/pit master, Hayden clearly knows his craft. Between the brisket, the cornbread and the best playlist I’ve ever heard at a restaurant…. 5 stars all the way. For sure will be back. Might be my new fav spot. This place is insanely good. Big portions. Friendly staff. Hot tunes playing. Best bbq around hands down!
