QDOBA Mexican Eats

I always order the same thing at Qdoba: a double-brisket quesadilla with chips and queso—and every single time I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The flavor just hits. I’ve tried burritos, bowls, and all the different meat options, and they’ve all been solid, but this combo has my heart. The house-made guacamole is legit—honestly, you’d be crazy not to get extra. Is it authentic Mexican food? No. Is it consistently delicious and worth it every time? Absolutely. See you next week for my regular fix.

After a long days work all eight of my work crew guys wanted to go in and have a quick meal. We’ve been in this place before and I let every one of my crew members order get their things and go sit down I go Last so I can pay and go sit down… but not today the kid at the cash register mind you had no hairnet on was also serving food and made every single one of us wait for our chips and our drink standing by the cash register. well the other kid was taking a thermometer and testing every single thing with the same thermometer while scrolling on his phone. It took 45 minutes for all of us to go through well we all stood around the cash register because the kid wouldn’t give us our drinks and chips. They were rude and they could’ve just handed our chips and pop as we got our plate to sit do

Every time I dine at this Qdoba, it’s a great experience! They are quick and efficient and load up the fillings like crazy! Super friendly staff too! Here are my 3 steak tacos and as usual, they were perfect! I also love watching them make their guacamole. 🥑 They are conveniently located in the mall with an outside entrance too!

I usually like qdoba. This last time was the 2nd time I got a bowl and the beans were undercooked and so was the rice. I always do half each of the beans and rice and both pinto and black beans and brown and white rice was undercooked. Not good! Do better Qdoba. Can't bring myself to recommend Qdoba over Chipotle like I have. I rather have Chipotle now.

Jordan and Bailey (sry spelling) made us smile and was made such a good environment. Their food is good, you can order kids meal for yourself, and don’t charge extra for guacamole! There drinks are prices a little too high. But for the happy service and other things I love 💗 a place seems happy to have you. Place was clean too.
