QDOBA Mexican Eats

I always get great food here! The staff is always nice with a smile and attentive on which toppings you want. The general manager, Cornell, along with the crew were attentive and cordial (which can be hard to find these days.) He wanted to make sure I had a great experience, and made me feel comfortable that the store was running well. I highly recommend them when you crave another Qdoba!

Went during rush hour when two employees were slammed and they were incredibly friendly and still very fast. I was impressed with their ability to keep all toppings and meats available while serving customers and mobile orders. The food was fresh, warm, and tasty

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. Ordered dinner online and entered the restaurant 2 minutes after my order was to be completed. Upon my arrival they said my order had not been started yet.. okay no worries I can wait. Thank goodness it was not ready. Behind the counter was not clean. Okay maybe they were busy earlier. But then I watched a girl make an order, process a transaction, and go to the next order no glove change … eh sometimes that happens but then I watched them make my order. First the employee grabbing the pan to make my quesadilla on, grabbed the pan, chatted with someone in back while laying the pan against her side. Dear Qdoba Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent order from Qdoba Mexican Eats on Valentine’s Day. What was supposed to be a special dinner turned into a very frustrating experience. The food quality was far below expectations. The meal was poorly prepared, lacked freshness, and did not taste good at all. Several items were either incorrect or not made as ordered, and overall the presentation and flavor were extremely disappointing. Valentine’s Day is meant to be a special occasion, and unfortunately this experience completely ruined our dinner plans. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a quality meal, and instead I was left feeling frustrated and let down. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and provide an appropriate reso

although the food was good, i ordered nachos and the chips were not cooked all the way. the manager tried to charge me $1.50 for sour cream, and $1.50 for queso for my nachos. i’ve never known qdoba to charge for queso unless its on the side or sour cream.
