QDOBA Mexican Eats

First time trying this location as I usually go with the competitor nearby. We ordered a burrito, and it was delivered by the quoted time. However, the flavor was not as pronounced as other Qdoba locations I have tried or their competitor. We also got chips and queso and the queso was good and more flavorful than the entrée.

Very good food. I wish they had real salsa, not just chopped up tomatoes with cilantro.. I ordered 3 soft tacos, two chicken and one steak. I only have one complaint about the steak, even though it has a good flavor, there's more gristle than actual meat. Feels like I'm chewing rubber bands. Also my #1 complaint overall is that the meat is never hot, not even warm. This really spolis it for me. I like my food to at least be warm. But the meat is NEVER warm! It's so frustrating. And it's not just this location. This goes for EVERY location I've ever visited. If the food waa at least warm, QDOBA would get 5 stars from me. I'm not hard to please, I just want warm food. Cold food is just not appetizing. I'm just saying. Also, the chips were horrible this time. And I love Qdoba's chips! But the

Made an online order got 2 bowls which not only were the portions of a kids meal they were also made incorrectly and had ingredients left out. When taken back to the restaurant the manager on duty did not even apologize for the mess up or even seem to care that their team had done a poor job. Overall was an inconvenience and don’t understand how you mess up the order when the ingredients are listed on the sticker right in front of you.

I hope the owner will provide their employees with thorough customer service training so that every customer is treated fairly and consistently. No one should be looked at in a strange way because they have an accent or because they are unfamiliar with the names of side dishes. Additionally, pricing needs to be consistent. I was charged about 40% more for the exact same dish I have ordered many times before, and the manager tried to convince me that this was the correct price—without offering any explanation or apology for the discrepancy. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have gone a long way. I cannot recall ever having this type of negative experience at any other food establishment.

Very tasty and lots of options to add vegetables. The salsa verde was labeled as medium and I’d say that’s accurate, like a hot or fire sauce at Taco Bell in terms of heat. Obviously this food was higher quality than that, very good choice for a tasty meal.
