QDOBA Mexican Eats

I had a great experience during my recent a few visits to Qdoba. The food was fresh and flavorful and the staff was friendly and efficient. I usually stop by a few times a month and the fact that the food is much better and tastier now really stands out. Everything was prepared quickly and exactly the way I wanted. Overall, it was a very satisfying visit and I’ll definitely be back again.

Probably one of the best service I've had at a Qdoba. I love Qdoba so much I'll be out of state and it will be my first food search before I settle for anything else. So to say this is one of the best services I've had says a lot. Lady at the counter was super nice and didn't make me feel like an idiot for changing my mind twice about the shell on my salad. She reassured me it was totally fine even after I apologized 100x bc I felt bad I inconvenienced her even though she clearly didn't mind at all. Then when I had to decide my protein I told her I was between two choices and she said "half and half?" I was both excited and mind blown! I never new that was an option. Just stopped in here for my lunch break. Best customer service experience I’ve had. Staff is very attentive and greet you with a smile. Food is great. The ladies that are serving food are great as well. Also very very clean establishment!!!! Both in the kitchen and also the dining area are super clean.

Food was great, not crowded and the restaurant was new, well decorated and clean. All employees were wearing masks and the manager was very helpful while ordering. The coke soda machine was great but out of stock on zero coke. Prices were decent and overall I liked things better here than at Moe's. Things just had a better flavor.

The staff was very rude, and unfortunately, the food doesn’t taste the same as it used to. When this place first opened, the team was much more attentive and welcoming. The overall experience has noticeably declined since then, which is disappointing.
