QDOBA Mexican Eats

The food tasted not bad, but the presentation could have been improved. I ordered vegetarian nachos, and the tortilla chips were delivered separately from the rest of the ingredients. Therefore I wasn't sure if I had made a mistake during the ordering process. I at least thought the dipping sauces would be separate, but no, all the sauces, vegetables and cheese were mixed together in one bowl. Except the chips. But I got full though.

I ordered a southwest steak burrito. I'd give it a 4 out a 5. The steak was tough with gristle. The spicy cheese sauce didn't taste right. The other ingredients tasted fresh. The guy preparing my food kept his gloves on to open doors, open packages, touch dirty trays, then he kept them on to prepare my food. So the gloves only kept his hands clean and didn't do anything to prevent me from contamination. The general restaurant was extremely dirty and could use a good scrub down/washing/cleaning. The staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. I got free salsa and cheese via the app. Thank you.

I go to Qdoba all the time. I go to them around the country, because I love the food so much. I go to this particular one often. Today when I went there, I asked if I could try just one piece of steak, because I recently had a tooth pulled, and I wanted to see if I could eat the steak, before ordering my usual steak bowl. The lady, I believe the manager, handed me one piece of steak in a little plastic ramekin. I truly appreciated her understanding my plight and being willing to accommodate a customer with a temporary health issue. The food was great per usual

I placed an online order on 11/10/25 and when I got to work I realized my order was wrong. I call the store requesting a refund, but was told a refund must be processed in-person. I could not leave work, so I decided to go in when I had free time. I was able to make it in on 11/12/25 and the manager informed me she was unaware of the refund and took down my information. According to her, she would call me when my refund was processed. Unfortunately, she has not reached out which has prompted me to contact corporate regarding this issue. I should not have to jump through hoops to get what’s rightfully mine when the mistake was made on behalf of the Qdoba employee! I will not be returning to this location…what a shame!!!

Dear Store Manager, I’m a loyal Qdoba customer and believe the brand deserves more than five stars. However, I’d rate my recent visit to your St. Louis location two stars. I ordered a vegetarian bowl, but several items were out of stock, and some ingredients weren’t fresh. I suggest restocking inventory more frequently. Additionally, I noticed cleanliness and hygiene issues, which could improve with better oversight of employee practices. I value Qdoba and hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience at your store.
