Chick-fil-A

Great food, great service, quick drive through time, efficient process. They forgot to give me my meal in the drive through, but an associate quickly realized that I was sitting there while cars behind me had been served their food and I told him what I ordered and he quickly got my meal made within a couple minutes and delivered. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. The fries were hot and salty, just delicious. The sandwiches were still warm even after waiting an hour to eat them. Excellent service as usual for Chick-fil-A. The only fast food place that can have 10+ cars in front of you and still be out with a correct order in less than 10 minutes.

I am always so astounded by the customer service and food quality at Chick-fil-A! I had the sweetest employee help me with my order today! My app was giving me trouble because it was right in between their breakfast and lunch hour switch and it wouldn’t let me order either or! So I called up there to get some help and this lovely young lady didn’t hesitate helping me place an order over the phone and even held my breakfast items before they stopped serving them! She could have found every excuse to dismiss me and say they’re busy or whatnot (it’s happened plenty of times at fast food places) but she went out of her way to help me and even kept my food under the warmer until I got there! I am very pleased with my visit here and will continue choosing Chick-fil-A! Thank you all and especiall

I go here sometimes when I'm in the County visiting a friend or relatives. I admit the employees are great and amazing. The food is great. I feel bad for the employees when they stand out in the cold at times but otherwise this place great. Keep up the great work guys.

What happen to this location can you all not hire anyone that can read, we not hire people with sense of urgency this is unacceptable especially for this company and their standards are a business owner myself a send of urgency is need especially during peak hours (lunch) will not return to this location I’ll go elsewhere and my household will do the same this is an atrocity to this brand and what they stand for you have all these other competitors around you and you guys are moving slow taking your time any non-efficient orders being made….This is why this location is failing never again will I return and I will speak the word to my neighbors as we live within a five minute radius of this location you just lost a dedicated customer

Monica brought my food to the table and she was such a wonderful person to talk to. She went out of her way to get me a water and make sure I had everything I needed. I believe she is a shift leader and want to make sure she is recognized for her hard work. Also, when I was done with my meal, Landon came by my table and he also talked to me briefly. It was great to hear about his aspirations at Chick-fil-A. I believe he is a team trainer and is working towards becoming a shift leader like Monica and I think he would make an excellent person for that role. I wanted to take a moment to recognize them both for their great service and hard work and hopefully the management here will do the same. Thank you, Monica.
