It's gross and not well maintained. Many homeless are camped out in this area but it has a nice view.
What you see on the google map is an old image. It is packed with homeless people with their makeshift tents and living areas. The bathroom is taken over by the homeless people doing their daily business: taking shower, washing their cars, doing dishes, doing laundry, etc. Sad.
Best food in the world!
