PUB

My boyfriend and I stopped here for a couple of drinks and appetizers after a beautiful afternoon hike. We chose a very busy Saturday. The streets of Woodstock were filled with leaf peepers and visitors in town for the film festival. When we walked in, things were hopping, and we looked around the bar for a seat or two. We were about to leave when a friendly staff member named Sabrina came and offered to find two bar stools for us, if we didn't mind sitting near the wine. We didn't! She was amazing, friendly and helpful! When we squeezed in, some friendly patrons moved closer together so there was still plenty of room for the waitstaff to get drinks from the bartenders for other customers. The Pub is a very good casual dining and bar venue. The decor is basic, neat and clean. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. I had the Beyond Burger, a veggie burger that tasted more like a beef burger than most other veggie burgers. They served it on a very good bun with greens, aioli sauce and squished avocado. It was outstanding. The fries were also excellent. My wife had a shrimp gyro. She enjoyed it very much. There's a public parking lot behind this restaurant that has two level 2 chargers for electric cars. I recommend this place very highly.

Ridiculously great food. Desserts were fantastic. Best Reuben on the planet! Met friends here and it was great. Nice glass porch with heat. Fun to look out while enjoying friends company. Can’t wait to return. Cauliflower wings were fantastic.

I ordered pickled habanero drink but could not finish as it was way too spicy and was too thick. It was topped with olives and celery, which was really good. I ordered nachos as well, which were very average. Their beer was nice!

Above average pub. The steam clams were definitely five star. The lightly breaded fried artichoke carts were delicious. The nachos were average. Service was top-notch. Love the funky atmosphere.
