I had the benefit of Pronto located in my office building (before we moved). The owner is incredible, always with a smile and gets to know his customers. I especially love that he asks how much ice I want in my iced coffee, such a small thing but so appreciated. I am bummed our office moved but hope that everyone can discover this little gem in Harvard Square.
You must get to Pronto pronto! Beautiful cafe in the middle of a courtyard. Kindest people behind the counter. A gentleman wished me luck on my job interview and sent me with a croissant (I was too nervous to eat!) will be back every time I’m in the area! Delicious pastries and espresso beverages!
Service was prompt, excellent, with an uncommon kindness. Beautifully crafted pastries. I had a generously portioned egg and bacon Panini with cheese on rye, which was fantastic.
AMAZING, FAST service!! The sandwiches are really good, and the ingredients taste fresh, the worker is also VERY nice and energetic :))
Excellent Food. The owner is very friendly!
