Prismatic Roastets has located a new coffee cart / truck in Monmouth! The coffee is so good and the guys so approachable that lots of folks in the area seem to be happily walking over to sample their take-out coffee and scones. They are only open Friday Saturday and Sunday mornings for now, until their new building goes up on the same site in 2026! Fresh pumpkin and applecake scones were on my list and they were both bakery freshand
Evan and crew are great, seeing a small company that cares about craft coffee in our neighborhood is great. Looking forward to trying it again.
Best coffee in town! Rich, dark, and delicious. Tasty pastries too! And you can buy recently roasted beans.
Great people. Even greater coffee. So excited to have this within walking distance of our home. Can't wait to see their full cafe!
