Stopped by Primo’s for their turkey hoagie on a plain roll and had a solid experience overall. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions that made for a satisfying meal. The plain roll was fresh and had a nice texture - not too dense, held up well to the fillings without falling apart. The vegetables were crisp and the condiments were well-balanced. The staff was friendly and attentive - they took my order promptly and were happy to answer questions about the menu. Service was efficient without feeling rushed. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable - clean dining area with a casual, neighborhood feel that makes you want to sit and enjoy your meal. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a regular even on your first visit. The hoagie hit the spot and I’d definitely
Primo used to be the spot but it looks like something changed recently. Not only did I pay for long hots on my cheesesteak and not receive them, but it looks they missed the steak too. Compare what I received to what I paid for (their menu and wall photos of a cheesesteak) and it's not hard to see they're ripping you off now. Either update your photos or update your portions because this is false advertising.
Lousy, Philly Cheesesteak Dry, to much cheese, not melted. Missing fried onions and crushed red peppers. I feel like you just can't get any decent take out anymore, especially in Delaware. Higher price, poor quality.
Purchased an Italian Diablo & some potato salad. Both were very good. I have been having a little trouble finding a convenient nearby sub shop, gave Primo a try and it worked out well. I really appreciate the ability to order & pay on line. You can request a pick up time when ordering which is also very convenient.
I’m done with this place. The sandwiches are too pricey for them to be leaving the sandwiches empty. The cheesesteaks look anemic and have like no meat in them and here is my Nonna’s Veggie missing just about everything in it. Instead of just refunding me for their mistake like literally every other food place that takes online orders, they said there’s nothing that they can do unless I drive all the way back to the store. I’m in Middletown so that is not an option. Ridiculous policy! I usually let this slide from Primos but I’m really disappointed how they handled this. I paid $30 for bread. I can’t support a business like this anymore.
