I’m pretty pissed at the quality of cheesesteak. Ordered 2 whole cheesesteaks and neither had any cheese on them. There was barely any meat on them. For the price I was expecting way better.

I usually love this primos but today was the worst experience I have ever had there. The two people there were the most unfriendly I have ever encountered working there... But that I can deal with. The food was not made right. No cheese on the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Asked them to cut it, didn't. Found weird things in the sandwich, to the point I could not even eat it and threw my entire meal away. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Definitely has me not wanting to return after being a loyal customer since opening..... Hopefully the owner or manager will take this review seriously and look into the service provided today and hopefully this is not something we can expect going forward as I will find a different sub place.

We visited Primo Hoagies for the first time today, and it was delicious! I’ve been searching for a traditional hoagie/grinder/sub shop, and this place definitely hits the mark. The sandwiches (The Italian & Sharp Italian) were packed with freshly sliced, flavorful meats and cheeses, along with authentic Italian toppings that brought everything together perfectly. While the counter staff wasn’t particularly friendly, I ordered pickup, so it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

Horrible service. I got greeted with a "you want a cold sandwich you gonna have to wait! Gonna be a minute!". No "hello" or "be right with you". Finally took my order and acted so annoyed I was there, then double annoyed that I ordered a cold italian asking "do you really wanna wait"? Horrible attitudes..

Fantastic Subs was awesome—totally reminded me of the classic sub shops from up North. The place was spotless when we walked in, and we got to meet the owner, Michelle, who rang us up. She was super friendly, outgoing, and her recommendations were spot on. The subs were made with that old-school, seeded Philly bread—absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better lunch today. Thanks, Michelle! We’ll definitely be back!
