I just moved in the area and this is the third time that I have stopped at Primo hoagies in Chester Springs Pennsylvania. All three times were better than a perfect 10 the food the service is just incredible and so much appreciated. What makes it extra special because the food is outstanding is the service every person that I have met at Primo hoagies’s in Chester Springs Pennsylvania could not have been kinder and more polite

My family and I have been ordering from this store for years and have never received such an embarrassing order. Spent $30 on a whole sized turkey hoagie only for there to be barely any meat and all bread/toppings. Primos is our go to sandwich spot due to how full these sandwiches usually are, however tonight was a big disappointment and the manager was extremely unhelpful, basically only saying he could refund us if we came back to the store or drove back to add more meat (we live 30 minutes away, which shows our devotion). I do not recommend wasting money at this establishment.

Absolutely awful. The hoagie had barely any meat and the bread was dry and stale — no flavor, no value. The staff made the experience even worse: painfully slow, couldn’t properly take an order, and they struggled to check me out when I went to pick up and pay. It felt like they had never been trained. Owners: this is unacceptable — you’re selling overpriced, flavorless sandwiches and a service experience that actively wastes people’s time. Won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others.

My son and I typically visit for a meal on Monday evenings. It offers a pleasant atmosphere for socializing and enjoyment. I would suggest it if the hoagies and the variety of choices are excellent. The establishment is consistently clean, and the staff members are invariably kind and polite.

This place is awesome! One of the best hoagies you can get in the area, and they got this thing ready QUICK!
