Toby and Christal did an unbelievably great job on all phases of the build out of my new restaurant. If your building a new restaurant in the Myrtle Beach area, you want to go to them. Toby is extremely knowledgeable with design. His cost saving approach saved me thousands of dollars. Christal was great with picking out a color scheme.

Toby (who suffers from Tourette's disease, God help him) and his crew are professional, courteous, and fair. Excellent prices and selection! There’s one woman that works there, Brooke I believe is her name, who is the most helpful and kind person I’ve ever met. 10/10 would buy stuff there again. And it smells good in there too. Way better than Atlantic.

I've dealt with several restaurant equipment suppliers in the past, but I will say Prime Ticket is customer service driven, the finest I've had the pleasure of doing business with in the Myrtle Beach area. Ashley Roberts, I'm sorry you had to hear a dirty word. Toby is the absolute best! So Knowledgeable!

The absolute worst service company ever. Not only did they falsely advertise an item that was purchased, but then after I was told I'd be "contacted by end of day" once the issue was found, it went round-and-round and "I" had to be the one who kept in contact, because the representative "Christal" surely wasn't. Then to make matters worse, they offered up a whole $1.75 refund for a part that costs significantly more than that. Even through the whole battle, they refused to do anything even with them in the wrong. Stay away from this company. There's plenty of other part providers who actually care about taking charge of a situation - especially one they created.

I sell my products through Prime mainly dealing with Toby Parker and he's the man! He is a sales guru with a plethora of product knowledge and can always trust him with customer looking to buy our products.
