Unsanitary, Unsafe and don't be surprised if the owner walks into your private room. Bathroom covered in many days of urine. Bathtub rails covered in months of hairspray, house throughout was not clean at all. Small messes were expected with the shared spaces, but this was far worse than should be allowed. Owner unlocked my door and came in after knocking but not allowing enough time for me to get to the door. Privacy in the private room was defiantly broken. Owner claims their is parking onsite, but they own many RVs for possibly a rental business and they take up all parking at the house. You need to park down the street. There is no lighting around the back of the property so if you show up late, make sure to have your own flashlight. Make sure you understand this place has a chance

It's an AirBNB listed as a hotel and a scam. Cancelled our plans to stay here after looking through the reviews and checking photos on google. Bookings are non-refundable, you will have to fight to get any money back. Our $260 room is being refunded for only $15. Extremely disappointing and glad we dodged this bullet

Just the thought of this place was different but it was actually what we needed. After you get over being in the house with other people, it was a pretty fine stay. We weren't bothered and we barely saw anyone else. We stayed in the Lux Room, which was decorated very nicely. that room had two entrances which I appreciated since the room is right next door to the downstairs kitchen. We were accommodated because we had a late check-in.I was sent a text message with all of the instructions. |||| My only pet peeves were that in the text message it explained that if we needed extra towels and washcloths, they would be an extra $5 fee which wasnt expressed in the booking. I stayed at this place a couple of months ago, and it was a very disappointing experience. The room was outdated, and the sheets had a strong odor and stains. I requested new sheets, but the replacement was just as bad, still smelly and unclean. There was no breakfast available at 7am when I had to leave for class, no soap in the bathroom. there was nothing to make me feel comfortable during my stay. I couldn't sleep all night due to the unpleasant smell and the poor condition of the room. I actually called my daughter and cried and ended up canceling my reservation and booking a last-minute, expensive hotel. Despite my complaints, I was still charged for the night I stayed. I hope they've improved since then.

I booked one of the suites in this house. It's a big house. It appears they dedicated the basement as all rentals, and they live upstairs. You'll enter into the kitchen, which is a full size kitchen. How ever it's to be shared by two other units in this basement. There is also a shared bathroom. This place hasn't had a proper cleaning in what appears to be years. I mean there are cob webs everywhere. There is all kinds of debris around the baseboards of every floor. The floors were simply nasty. The dust build up through out this place was remarkable. While the price was low, in my opinion, it still was not worth the money spent. It was very cold after the sun went down. The heat did come on all night the first nights.
