Why is my veggie sub nothing but cheese? This is far from the advertised picture and I don’t even have tomatoes, barely any lettuce. Weirdly they give you all this cheese…I heard that this company was bought by some giant company and they are making their sandwiches skimpy now. I have to agree at this point.

The staff that helped me exhibited great customer service and excellence in preparing my order. I am definitely planning to come back. Good vibes only there. I appreciate that in this day and time. 🙂👍

Rude employees. Today at 10:55, your employee on the line doing the toppings had the nastiest attitude. I asked for extra toppings which seemed like that was an issue for her since I had to keep repeating it because she was giving what she wanted to give me and not what I was paying for. Requested the cherry relish from the other side since I had a gluten free sandwich, she acted Like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She said “what is over there?” I said nevermind” because I didn’t feel like going back in forth. Then I asked for extra mayo from the bottle. She stomped her way to get it. There was someone she recognized in line and she said sarcastically to the boy, “how’s your day going?” He said, I’m cool how are you” she said, “I’m here. I’m just ready to go. I’m tired of dealin

Pleasant environment. Courteous employees. I usually don't like Philly subs but I tried it...DELICIOUS! Flavorful and the bread remained crispy - not hard. The meat is freshly cut everyday. I went back the next day to oder the same sub!

The gentleman at the Fort Washington location that prepared my food was extremely polite and attentive to my requests. His service was a 10+. Kudos, great customer service is hard to find.
