Incredibly tasty, super cute place, awesome staff, I was devastated when they didn’t ask for the password, however. Best spicy broth around. So flavorful, not just insufferable heat. Loved mixing the spicy broth with the mushroom broth! Add the chili sauce to your soup, adds so much to an already delicious base. The sauce bar should be free!! We ordered tons of apps as well, everything was incredible. 10/10 would totally come back, and hopefully will soon!!

100% worth the trip to experience hot pot! Step through the hidden door into another world filled with ambient lighting and a true culinary experience. The cocktails are excellent, and they have a tea menu featuring something for everyone. Our order: spicy broth, coconut chicken broth, vegetable combo (B), marinated garlic beef, chicken, and shrimp. We also got pan fried chicken dumplings, mochi ice cream, and fried dough. We ate everything. LOL It was a perfect amount of food for 3 people. If you're feeling crafty make sure to do the sauce bar add on! You can make your own concoction or follow a few of the posted recipes. Everyone working was pleasant, helpful, and smiling! We'll be back for sure!

This is my boyfriend and I’s new favorite restaurant! We love hotpot and always make the trek to Boston to get it, but when we saw that this place was on the North Shore, we had to try it. And we think it is BETTER than all of our favorite hotpot restaurants in Chinatown! The meat selections are so delicious (the garlic marinated beef is especially divine), the broth choices are so flavorful, I love “choosing my own destiny” at the sauce bar, and the service is outstanding. Emma served us our first time dining in, and she was so fantastic, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience, gave good recommendations, and was so helpful to other diners who may have been a little less familiar with the hotpot experience. Literally 24 hour

My first time trying a hot pot restaurant. The entrance to the dining room was surprising! Pots’s dining room is very cleverly decorated to resemble eating outside by a food truck. We ordered the largest dinner with every type of protein imaginable, and 2 broths. It was an impressive amount of food. But this wasn’t my favorite style of dining. The raw meats & seafood on the table was not appetizing for me. While the broth is really hot and there is a recommended time for each kind of item to cook, I did think many times about cross-contamination and “what if this isn’t fully cooked?” Clams fell out of their shell while cooking and got lost on the bottom of the broth. Overall, this was fun time doing something out of the ordinary. I probably won’t go back.

Everything here was great. The most important thing about a hot pot place is probably the broth. The flavor of the mushroom and spicy broths were perfect. They had a good selection of things that you can put in the hot pot as well. I really enjoyed the sliced meats and the tofu. They also had a lot of interesting looking teas and cocktails. We ordered the first package on their menu with a couple appetizers. We had four people in our party and we were all stuffed at the end of the meal. The sauce station here was a little smaller than what you would typically see at hot pot places. But the sauces they had were all great. The decor and the speakeasy style entrance were also pretty cool. Would definitely come back.
