Rosemary Thai Street Food and Bar

I was skeptical, but I'm happy to say Rosemary is some of the best flavored Thai food I've had around the Boston area. I used to compare places to Dakzen, Crying Thaiger, and I've lived in Asia - this place is my new local favorite! The flavors are delicious and they resist temptation to make everything too sweet. The decor is tasteful and extensive drink menu is great for date nights. We were there on a Thursday night and it was busy even by 6pm. Portions are generous and price are a little upscale but not bad ($7 drafts, $20-30 entrees). Plenty of comfy booth and bar seating. Menu was a mix of dishes we weren't familiar with and old favorites. We had the crazy roll, chicken satay, Pad See Ew, pork with sticky rice, and steam toddy palm cakes with coconut. The char on the pork was good

We kicked things off with the Chiang Mai sausage, and it instantly transported us back to a Thai night market—authentic, homemade, and full of bold flavor with just the right amount of heat. The Crab Rangoon and Butterfly appetizers were equally impressive. For our mains, we had the BBQ pork, pad see-ew, and the standout Spicy Crispy Duck—each dish better than the last. The drinks were fantastic, and our waiter, Sing, was absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We’re already planning to come back in the next couple of days. What a hidden gem!

We had an excellent dining experience tonight! Everything we ordered was delicious,fresh and plentiful! Thai iced tea was so refreshing! The staff is incredibly organized,friendly and polite. We will definitely be back again!

Wow was this place good! Some of the very best crispy duck I have ever had. Very affordable beer (can you say Maine Lunch on tap?) and a lot of great looking cocktails. My wife got the avocado curry with shrimp and chicken and it was incredible! The staff (Patty in particular) was excellent. Highly recommend.
