I hadn't visited potbelly since downtown Chicago a few years ago. Kept forgetting there was one close by now, so I jumped online and ordered a sandwich today as I was driving back home. I got the Southwest Avo Chicken Wrap. It was delicious! I was really hungry so I started eating it on the way home. It's quite messy as most wraps are, and I had to laugh when I found one loan napkin in the bag. Usually you find a mound of napkins which I don't like that either because it's wasteful. However, I could have used two or three with this sandwich. The only place I found to park was at the opposite end across from Tropical Smoothie. My family and I visit this place for the first time after a very difficult trip from Florida. We just wanted a good sandwich and all we got was a bad meal and the worst service we have ever received. First off, we walked in and nobody acknowledged us. We were looking at the menu and the employee John, whose name was on the receipt (he was not wearing a name-tag) looked so unpleasant with our presence. Got a sandwich and they ignored to add 7 ingredients that I asked/paid for. Just gave me a plain sandwich and figured I wouldn’t know till I got home. On top of that the mac and cheese that was ordered was disgusting. Noodles were rubbery and cheese was runny. Really liked the sandwiches here but can’t believe getting a sandwich at 8 when they close at 10 would be this bad. Want to be a return customer but contemplating it at this point

February 1, 2026 was a waste of time. On that day, I were trying to place a catering delivery order over the phone for the Super Bowl 2026 event. After I have placed my order along with my information, lady had put me on hold twice. One is from taking note and two is from checking my delivery information. Later, she couldn't finish my order because system wouldn't go through. She told me that she had to get her manager. So, long story short.
