Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Whitestown is always a great stop. The staff is friendly and quick, and my order comes out fresh and accurate every time. The smoothies are delicious and made with quality ingredients, and the food options are perfect for a quick, healthier meal. The cafe is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area.

Unfortunately this is the worst one I’ve been to. I’m a huge fan of Tropical smoothly but I just stopped to get a Baja Mamma and a 3 cheese chicken. There was no pineapple juice for the Baja mamma so I opted for pineapple instead. When I got it I was eating ice chunks and using a spoon to eat/drink it due to it not being blended. Then the 3 cheese chicken came with no cheese and no chicken. I literally paid for a slightly grilled tortilla. Also, whoever the lady is that is working currently is not professional you can tell she hates her job.

My trip to Tropical Smoothie was amazing from start to finish. I ordered the protein peanut butter smoothie, and it was perfectly blended, filling, and tasted great—exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out, though, was the service. The employees, Ashlyn and Bri, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. They worked efficiently and had such positive attitudes that it made the visit enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, the service was spectacular, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of both the great smoothie and the awesome staff.

10/10 recommend Tropical Smoothie in Anson. Service is always great- everyone is super friendly. Bahama Mama is my favorite drink by far and you can do add ons too.

Sadly, the Whitestown, IN location is the closest one to us. Sad because the service is absolutely the worst. This occurs every time. Usually TSC can make a couple smoothies in 5 minutes or so. Not at this one... you can wait 15-30 minutes. The staff is limited sometimes, and even if staffed, they are still so slow. The drive thru is a joke, you can sit out there for 10 minutes before anyone takes your order, then you wait another 15-25 minutes for your order. This means you might get SLIGHTLY faster service inside.
