i visited this location recently and noticed that the order-taking process was significantly slower than usual, leading to several mistakes in the final drinks. While the staff is very kind, there seems to be a disconnect in the pace and technical accuracy required during busy hours. I’d love to see some additional support or workflow adjustments here to ensure the HQ service I usually expect from Starbucks

Staff should really be careful what they say on their headset at the drive thru. Driving through on a family trip so ordered through the app for a quick stop and the girl handling the drive thru has the nerve to make a comment oh girl ordered two minutes ago. If I would have ordered through the drive thru it would’ve been the same damn thing. SMH do better people

Amazing service, bright spacious room, great outdoor dining spot, but that classic pumpkin spice latte was bitter, over roasted, not that smooth sipping autumn fun drink I expected based on other Starbucks. Insane cost for the inconsistency, thankfully there are many better local options!
