The staff at this location are DIABOLICAL. I have given it so many chances and each time it takes just an absolutely ridiculously long time receiving my order. I always order through the Potbelly app, which works through third party of DoorDash for delivery orders. I work 2.5 miles away and each time I order, it takes over an hour to get my order. The driver is always waiting at the shop for my order. The last time, and final straw for me at this location, was when I never received my order. I ordered one sandwich, a soup, and chips at 12:05pm. The driver messaged me and said he was at the shop and the manager said my order wasn't there. I called the shop at 1:02pm and the guy I spoke to on the phone was BEYOND RUDE. I was actually appalled at how he spoke to a customer on the phone

The young blonde man who made my sandwich who helped me at 11:20 on February 23, 2026, looked at me in a disgusting, almost hostile manner. However, when the white woman behind him arrived, he smiled. I even gave him the Benefit of the doubt and told him thank you; He looked away and ignored me. Okay so I’ve been coming here for a little over a month due to job changing, it’s very convenient and quick while working in the skyway but the service here is absolutely terrible. And sadly it definitely feels racially motivated. I’ve watched others be treated differently with white skin. Food from here is great! But when you feel the unwelcoming atmosphere and irritation from employees it makes it hard to enjoy the food. I didn’t make a big deal I paid for my sandwich and tossed it, It just felt off. Everything was done with an attitude and overwhelming demands that didn’t make logical sense. This is the 3rd time I have endured this at this location, and now I will no longer support. If you are reading this there is an erberts near with similar items. The team is diverse and friendly.

cheers to the person below who mentioned the service here is awful. I use a scooter and can tell the guys making the food don't like that. they are rude and stop being friendly when they see me. this has happened a number of times. I'm not going back.

Ordered on the mobile app, picked up my order, got home and ate more than half my sandwich and then saw this dark hair. So gross.
